Refund Policy

We want you to love your Suge Scents experience.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery with proof (photos or video). If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. If they have not yet shipped, please contact us at contact@sugescents.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
